Tracey Moberly is working with children aged between 6-10 years at The Whitechapel Gallery on a floating exhibition of several hundred balloons. The project is split into two sections, part anti-war protest with red peace poppy seed mobile planting and part mobilography. Using mobilography the children have embraced the mobile phone photo culture and produced amazing photographic results from inside the gallery to be released on London and beyond. The unlikely exhibition will consist of a random audience from where the balloons land. The poppy seeds come with planting instructions, however when falling on wasteland they will self sow. With Armistice Day approaching and the current world in war situation it is a tribute to the armed forces past and present. The tagged balloons with the children's names on the back read:

Please unpick these seeds
And sew them where they fall

Tracey is working with the young artists on getting yourself heard by quiet protest or simple statement the children are using umbrellas to quietly express their sentiments in the autumnal months. They will be producing retrospective poetry and words upbeat & challenging on what they like and have to say.
